Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus. Assist in meal preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all staff and customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Assist with serving meals to customers, providing excellent customer service when required. Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is highly desirable. Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in meal preparation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
