Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the store. kitchen operations, including meal preparation and food presentation. Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service and food handling. Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies as necessary. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a cafe / restaurant setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with kitchen operations, food safety standards, and culinary techniques is an advantage. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and staff. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational abilities.
You will be responsible for opening and closing the business and will be required to lone work.

Pay: From 11.50 per hour
