Summary

We are seeking a talented Cook to join our culinary team at Cuffs Bar and Grill, located in the heart of our historic site. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our visitors and events, contributing to our mission of celebrating history through hospitality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas. Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices at all times. Collaborate with team members to create innovative menu items. Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. Provide excellent service during events, ensuring guest satisfaction. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory.
