We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Culinary Specialist. The Culinary Specialist will be responsible for creating delicious meals while ensuring adherence to food safety standards and maintaining a clean workspace.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus. Assist in meal preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are prepped and ready for service. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to customers. Participate in inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed. Provide support in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential, with a focus on culinary skills. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. A passion for cooking and creativity in meal preparation is highly desirable. Experience in restaurant settings is an advantage but not mandatory.
