We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and hard working cook

Experience in cooking Asian dishes is essential although full training will be given.

Seoul Food Korean Kitchen is a cafe restaurant offering authentic Korean cuisine as well as crepes and artisan coffee, we are a small business but very fast paced busy cafe restaurant.

We will offer you the minimum 25 hours a week, but will be more during summer months.

What you will do in addition to cooking;

Prepare all ingredients Make and serve various different Korean dishes Checking that orders have been correctly delivered and charged for Servicing customers in a pleasant and courteous manner Maintains the cleanliness of the cafe to meet or exceed Health Department standards for cleanliness, food handling and sanitation Keeping cleaning and temperature records Undertaking the preparation of the food and beverages served in the cafe Clearing tables Washing up Ensuring that the cafe environment is pleasant and welcoming in line with the image agreed with the Directors Reporting maintenance issues to the Cafe owners Ensuring that any risk assessments are complied with Monitors stocks of ingredients and food items and assists with the preparation of inventory supply orders Properly stores, labels and dates all products Properly maintains and uses all equipment per manufacturer's and company specifications. Performs other duties or roles as assigned by management. Arrange and restock display counters with cold drinks
