What you'll do

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring presentation and flavor meet our high standards Collaborate with the dietary department to plan menus that cater to diverse dietary needs Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations Assist in menu planning, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends Provide exceptional food service during meal times, ensuring guest satisfaction Handle food preparation tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong knife skills and cooking techniques Support catering events by preparing and serving meals in a fine dining environment Engage in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and stay updated on industry best practices

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in the food industry with a focus on culinary roles

Preferred qualifications

Dietary department or dietary aide experience Fine dining or restaurant experience Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices Experience in catering and meal preparation
