Duties

Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients Cook dishes according to specified recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations Prepare meals and snacks efficiently during busy service periods Serve food to customers in a courteous and professional manner Ensure all food handling procedures meet health and safety standards Support team members during service hours to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and dining area

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is desirable Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours Good organisational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions carefully Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekends and evenings if necessary
