Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food preparation and cooking, along with a strong background in kitchen operations. This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals while adhering to food safety standards.

Working hours are

Saturday 7am - 1.30pm

Sunday 8am - 12.30pm

Duties

Prepare and cooking breakfasts and breakfast sandwiches Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Adhere to food safety regulations, ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service. Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or improvements to existing offerings. Provide support in serving meals during busy periods, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential, with a focus on food preparation and cooking. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is required to maintain high standards of hygiene. Experience in meal preparation and serving will be advantageous for this role. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively as part of a team are crucial for success in this position.
