to join our hardworking culinary team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a supportive kitchen, and is ready to apply their skills in a busy environment. You will be instrumental in helping us deliver delicious, well-presented dishes every day.

Responsibilities

As our Cook, you will play a key supporting role during service. Your day-to-day will include:

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes

to a high standard under the direction of the senior chefs. Assisting with running specific cooking stations efficiently during busy periods. Supporting the team with daily tasks and menu preparation. Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards. Ensuring your work station is clean, stocked, and well-organised. Assisting with stock control, ordering, and reducing waste as directed. Working collaboratively with the rest of the team to deliver great food consistently.
Qualifications

Previous experience as a Cook, or strong experience as a Kitchen Assistant, where you were responsible for preparing cooked food. Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards. Ability to stay calm and productive under pressure. A passion for cooking and presenting great food. Strong team ethic and good communication skills. Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Food hygiene certification is a bonus but not essential.
