Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Jeffers Bakery. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals and baked items that meet our high standards of quality. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our reputation for exceptional food.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook basic hot food, frys, pie mixes, sandwuch prep, according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in meal preparation and presentation for bakery offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when reordering is necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within a bakery or restaurant setting. Strong culinary skills with a passion for food preparation. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
