Job Description
Prepare, produce and serve food to residents and staff.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
Food preparation eg peeling, cutting vegetables.
Cooking food as per daily menus
Plate, and serve meals, snacks, and drinks to residents.
Have knowledge of dietary requirements of residents.
Observe safety regulations.
Maintain adequate amount of food stock through ordering from suppliers.
Audit quality of food delivered.
Maintain clean environment and equipment.
Assist with planning menus.
Undertake home baking
Maintain all paperwork.
Hold basic food hygiene certificate.
Attend all mandatory training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
