Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Be aware of what needs ordering.
To work as part of a team to ensure smooth day to day running of the business.
Experience
Previous cooking & kitchen experience is highly desirable.
Skills in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Familiarity with culinary practices and meal preparation methods.
General awareness of food safety standards and regulations.
A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new skills within the culinary field.
