Leuchie is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic

Cook

to join our dedicated catering team. You will play a key role in providing high-quality, nutritious, and well-balanced meals for our guests, many of whom have long-term conditions. Working under the direction of the Catering Manager, you will help deliver a first-class dining experience that supports health, wellbeing, and enjoyment.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals in accordance with planned menus and dietary requirements Ensure high standards of food presentation, safety, and hygiene Support the Catering Manager in menu planning and stock control Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen Work collaboratively as part of a small, friendly team holiday cover for colleagues

Essential qualifications and experience:

Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum) Previous experience working in a catering or kitchen environment Awareness of dietary requirements and allergy management Good communication and teamwork skills Commitment to providing excellent service and high-quality meals
