We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a keen understanding of food safety standards. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals that delight our guests and enhance their dining experience. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in the planning and execution of meal preparation for special events or catering services. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as necessary. Participate in training new kitchen staff on culinary techniques and safety practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or catering environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proficiency in various cooking techniques and methods, with an emphasis on meal preparation. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that meet customer expectations.
