Position Available:

Our shift times are 7.30am to 2.00pm, and the position is for 4 shifts per week i.e. 26 hours.

Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare nutritious meals for residents. Cater to special dietary requirements and preferences. Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained. Manage kitchen inventory and stock rotation. Collaborate with the care team to meet residents' dietary needs. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a chef in a care or hospitality setting. Food qualifications or relevant training. Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergens. Creativity and flair for menu planning. Good organisation and time management skills. Commitment to food hygiene and safety standards. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends. Enhanced DBS clearance.
