Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a keen understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality meals to our customers. Barista Training would be great also but training can be given.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and culinary terminology. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
