We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a cook. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report any shortages to the kitchen manager.
Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, with a focus on food preparation and cooking.
Culinary experience or relevant qualifications in hospitality or culinary arts are advantageous.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential for maintaining health standards.
