We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety standards. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals that delight our customers and enhance their dining experience. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Assist in the planning and execution of meal preparation for daily service, special events, or catering functions.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of all dishes served.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to Head Cook.
Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety procedures as needed.
