An Exciting Opportunity has arisen to work within The Hollies Residential Care Home in Pontarddulais as a Cook.


The home supports people living with dementia, that either live or stay on a short-term basis at the Home.


The Highest standard of support in all areas within the home is most important, including the support that is provided by our catering staff team members, who will aim to provide the best meals for people, meeting diverse nutritional needs when requested.

You will be supported to do the right training, with the right support and gain the relevant understanding knowledge and skills for the role. You will receive a thorough & paid induction that includes working alongside others within the team who will help you learn about the role. You will receive regular supervision and guidance to help you along the way, offering you support and encouragement in your new role. You will have Shifts patterns, on a rota basis, that can be negotiated with you to allow you to have a good work /life balance.
