We are looking for enthusiastic cooks to join the team at Holy Name care Home. • NVQ Level 2 in Food Production/Nutrition or equivalent level of knowledge, skills and experience
• Valid level 3 food hygiene or equivalent level of knowledge, skills and experience

• Knowledge of COSHH regulations and safe working practices
• Knowledge of Health and Safety at work act and requirements
• Knowledge of CHCP and their mission statement
• Knowledge of advanced food hygiene processes
• Knowledge of special dietary requirements

• Previous experience of working in a kitchen and a health and care setting
• Experience of maintaining records

• Previous experience of working with the general public
