The Sugarloaf Restaurant at Raglan Garden Centre is set in the heart of the Monmouthshire Countryside. With a 150 cover restaurant / terrace we aim to offer the highest standards of food prepared and cooked by an experienced team; adopting traditional values with a modern, progressive approach to our menu offering.
We are seeking an experienced Cook with extensive food knowledge, capable of producing the highest quality food and excellent presentation for Head Chef and Front of House. You will support the team ensuring ordering, cooking to strict deadlines, wastage control and the highest standard of compliance to meet environmental health / health and safety are achieved.
The role offers the opportunity to perfect your skills and to up-skill others. The day time working pattern is 08:30 to 17:00 averaging 32 hours per week, which includes working alternate weekends as rostered;
