Description:
We're looking for an experienced Weekend Cook to create delicious, nutritious meals for our patients, staff, and visitors at St David's Hospice. You'll help meet individual dietary needs, keep our kitchen running smoothly, and play a key part in making our Hospice a welcoming, caring place for everyone.
About us:
St David's Hospice is a local charity providing hospice care to adult patients across Conwy, Gwynedd and Anglesey. Currently, we have three clinical sites, and a Hospice at Home service, and our cafe and 15 retail outlets across North West Wales play an important role in supporting our services.

Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Catering Team, you will provide cover as required and be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience to St Davids Hospice patients, staff, Cafe Dewi and volunteers. Catering for Hospice events may be required on an infrequent basis.

To do the role you'll need:
Experience in a similar role
Food hygiene level 2
Food allergens awareness
Be willing to work weekends and evenings as required by the role
Empathy for the Hospice, and alignment with the charity's values.
