Job Description
Experienced cook required for a busy care home. 30 hours per week over a 4 week rota.
Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals as required.
Provide for special dietary requirements and take into account preferences of our service users.
Maintain accurate records of food suppliers/freezer and fridge temperatures.
Ensure stock rotation, order stock and check deliveries.
Supervise and instruct kitchen staff on a daily basis.
Assist with food preparation and catering in accordance with health and safety and food standards regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 14.20 per hour
Experience:
cooking: 1 year (preferred)
