Korean cafe and takeaway

We're looking for a

cook with some experience

who is eager to develop their skills and be part of something fresh and exciting. Whether you already have a background in Korean cooking or are enthusiastic about learning, this role offers the chance to work closely with a team that values quality, tradition, and creativity in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of

Korean dishes

, ensuring quality and consistency. Maintain

high standards of hygiene and food safety

in the kitchen. Keep the

kitchen clean, organized, and efficient

. Assist with

inventory control

, including stock management and ingredient sourcing. Work efficiently to prepare food for both

cafe service and takeaway orders

. Learn and refine

traditional Korean cooking techniques and flavours

. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.

Requirements

Experience as a

cook in a professional kitchen

. Comprehensive knowledge of

food hygiene, safety, and kitchen practices

. Willingness to

learn Korean cooking techniques and traditions

. Ability to work well in a

fast-paced environment

. Attention to detail in

food preparation, cleanliness, and inventory management

. Good teamwork and communication skills. A passion for quality food and a genuine interest in
