Duties

Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes according to recipes and presentation standards Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations Assist in menu planning and develop new recipes to enhance our offerings Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times Monitor stock levels Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service periods Serve food to guests in a professional and courteous manner when required Follow health and safety procedures diligently to uphold a safe working environment

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, ideally within a cafe/bistro setting Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Good communication skills to work effectively within a team Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure Previous experience in meal preparation, serving, or kitchen operations is highly desirable Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality dishes

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
