Duties

Manage inventory levels of food supplies and ingredients, ensuring timely ordering to prevent shortages.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and food safety practices.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Skills
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food presentation.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
