We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team at Harmony House-Insights Healthcare Limited in Salford, Manchester. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in preparing nutritious and comforting meals that support the well-being of our residents, reflecting our commitment to quality care and community.

Responsibilities

food preparation and cooking of daily meals tailored to residents' dietary needs.
follow food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.

facilitate meal service in accordance with residents' schedules.
follow recipes and menu plans to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.

follow health regulations and ensure proper food storage practices.

Qualifications

formal culinary training or proven kitchen experience.
Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
Flexibility to adapt menus based on residents' needs.
Friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with working in healthcare or residential settings is advantageous.
Food handling certification is preferred.
