Job Responsibilities:

Manage Day-to-Day Operations:

Oversee the daily running of the cafe, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Ordering and Receiving Stock:

Handle ordering and take deliveries of stock, ensuring all items are accounted for.

Stock Handling:

Organize and manage stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Cleanliness:

Ensure the cafe meets all cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.

Opening and Closing:

Responsible for opening and closing the cafe, ensuring all procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. Experience in cooking and kitchen management. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and supervise others.

Knowledge of Italian:

Understanding and knowledge of Italian food is beneficial.
