As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, and preparing high-quality meals that delight our guests. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure that all food is prepared in compliance with food safety standards and regulations. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food preparation, and meal presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items and improve existing offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Assist in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Monitor food quality during preparation and service to ensure consistency and excellence.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and meal preparation processes. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for cooking and creating innovative dishes that reflect current culinary trends.
