We're looking for an independent, experienced cook to bring their own touch to a small kitchen operation running Friday through Sunday. It's a role with a lot of freedom, responsibility, and room for creativity -- ideal for someone who knows their way around a kitchen and can hold it down solo or in a tight-knit setup. It's a different role to most, which is why we are requesting anybody interested to come and have a good natter to explain the ins-&-outs.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of signature meals according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
Assist in the planning of menus, taking into account seasonal availability of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
Collaborate with management to ensure timely service and quality control.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Skills
Proven experience in a kitchen or culinary role.
Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes.

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
