Overview


We are seeking a part-time Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of food preparation and safety standards.

Responsibilities



Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for necessary supplies while minimising waste. Help create a positive working environment that fosters teamwork and creativity among kitchen staff.

Qualifications



Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and food safety regulations. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
