Overview
We are seeking a person with common sense to join our team at Metcalfe Catering business. The ideal candidate will have to be able work within the team preparing and serving food in Keynsham Masonic Hall, Bath Masonic Hall, Avonmouth Masonic Hall and also for Bristol. Driving licence preferred.

We are running three of the masonic halls where we are responsible for catering for masonic and public functions. This is not a restaurant job. We also run small sandwich shop.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook quality dishes following set recipes
- Oversee meal preparation and presentation
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Following H&S regulations
- Providing the best customer service possible

Skills
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary arts
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication
- Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
- Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are desirable
