The Laird's Table at Craufurdland Estate is seeking an

Experienced Cook

to join our award-winning kitchen team. This role is suited to a confident, skilled cook who takes pride in high standards, fresh food preparation and working in a professional yet supportive kitchen environment.

Located just north of Kilmarnock (5 minutes from Junction 7 of the M77), The Laird's Table serves guests from Glasgow and Ayrshire and is known for using

fresh, high-quality ingredients

, with all dishes prepared from scratch.

The Role

Preparing and cooking dishes using fresh ingredients Managing prep sections including veg, protein and desserts Supporting smooth kitchen service and assisting junior team members Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness Contributing positively to a well-organised and efficient kitchen

About You

Minimum 4 years' experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen

Strong knowledge of fresh food cooking and kitchen operations Excellent attention to detail and presentation Reliable, motivated and calm under pressure A strong team player with a professional attitude
