Duties

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a safe manner, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.

Experience

Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
