As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests by preparing high-quality meals while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient meal preparation and service. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate served. Manage food inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients. Assist in training junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on culinary techniques and best practices. Help develop new recipes and enhance existing ones to improve customer satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent skills in meal preparation and food presentation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Creative flair with an eye for detail in culinary presentation. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
