Job Overview


We are seeking a Cook/Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will generally be working independently and will be responsible for preparing buffets, 2 or 3 course dinners and a carvery once a month. Hours are flexible and can be suited to the right candidate with some evening work. Weekend working minimal other than a carvery once a month.

Duties



Prepare and cook high-quality meals and buffets. Ensure all food safety guidelines are adhered to, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment. Stock management and ordering. Assist with menu planning. Working with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills



Great culinary skills. Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 15.00 per hour
