Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Assist in the planning and development of menus, ensuring seasonal ingredients are utilised effectively. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely meal service. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and cleaned regularly.

Experience

Proven experience as a Cook/Chef or in a similar culinary role within a food based setting. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation. A passion for cooking and creating innovative dishes that delight guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 12.22-13.50 per hour
