Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced cook or chef for ad hoc occasions, starting with Christmas Day 2025.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes according to recipes and presentation standards Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of ingredients and equipment

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards Excellent organisational skills Good understanding of meal preparation processes and presentation aesthetics Ability to serve guests with professionalism and courtesy Flexibility to adapt
