- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing dishes in a timely manner
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food production, menu planning, and stock management
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
