Job Summary


You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our customers and members. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of catering, from food preparation to serving, ensuring that every event is executed flawlessly. A golf membership for our course is included as part of your package here at Backworth Hall.

Duties



Prepare and present high-quality food items in accordance with client specifications and dietary requirements. Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards throughout the catering process. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during events. Assist in menu planning and development Manage inventory of catering supplies and report any shortages or issues to management.

Skills



Strong background in hospitality with a focus on catering services. Sunday lunch experience required Excellent team working skills Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills, preferably with restaurant or hotel experience. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 16,250.00-30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
