We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and menu specifications Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations Collaborate with other staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service Monitor food inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock Assist in menu planning, offering creative ideas for new dishes or seasonal specials

Experience

Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably within a care home setting Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality
