Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards. Assist in menu planning for the family for vegetarian and non veg options Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Monitor food quality during preparation and service to ensure consistency and excellence.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Passion for cooking with creativity in meal preparation and presentation. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
