Job Description

:

To maintain food hygiene standards whilst preparing nutritionally balanced meals for patients. To maintain a high level of hygiene within the kitchen environment, complete documentation and assist in Menu Preparation. To involve patients (where applicable) in home baking and involve them in the arranging of the Facility's Menu. To assist in the ordering and stock take of food within the service. Ensure your own and others health and safety whilst at work
