We're Looking for Someone Who:

Has

solid cooking experience

and a real passion for food Can work efficiently and independently in a small but busy kitchen Is a great fit for our team - friendly, reliable, and easy to get along with Takes pride in presentation and quality, whether it's plating up or posting on Instagram!

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Oversee food preparation processes to ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service. Assist in menu planning, including the selection of seasonal ingredients and innovative dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Help develop new recipes and improve existing ones based on customer feedback.

Experience

Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. A passion for cooking and creativity in meal presentation is highly desirable.
