Responsibilities

Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and cooking ingredients as required. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continually enhance menu offerings.

Experience

Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food preparation. Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and cuisines is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
