Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is prepared safely and in accordance with food safety regulations Assist in menu planning and develop new recipes to enhance our offerings Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations Monitor ingredient stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations Serve food to guests when required, providing excellent customer service Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times during food preparation and service

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and presentation skills Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in hygiene Experience working in restaurants or catering services is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Previous experience in meal preparation, serving, or related roles is advantageous
