Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes according to recipes and quality standards Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times Assist in menu planning and develop new culinary ideas to enhance our offerings Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction Serve dishes promptly while maintaining presentation standards Follow all food safety procedures diligently, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen or restaurant environment Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Experience with meal preparation for large groups is desirable Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred but not essential

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 55 per week
