Duties

Prepare and cook breakfast / basic lunch according to The pickled pear recipes and standards Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings Manage inventory of food supplies, ensuring proper storage and rotation Assist in serving meals during busy service periods, ensuring an exceptional dining experience

Requirements

experience in a kitchen environment, Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for meal preparation Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure A passion for cooking and creating innovative dishes that meet guest expectations Previous experience in serving or front-of-house roles is advantageous but not essential Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
