Duties

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and menu specifications. Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Helping with prep, cleaning, and kitchen organisation Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate supplies. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Working as part of a fast-paced, friendly team

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy kitchen setting. Previous experience in serving or customer interaction is advantageous but not mandatory. Culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred but not essential if experience is substantial.
