Cook required for food business at Formby's (George's Grill)

Duties:

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items
- Work with staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with quality standards
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Skills:

- Excellent customer service skills

-Proven experience as a cook in a kitchen
- Good knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow menu requirements accurately
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

Wigan: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

Cooking: 1 year (preferred) Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
